Mehr Condominium is located in the hillside of Tehran. Tehran is a Metropolis which for the past 50 years, has occupied the gardens and summer quarters with its horizontal expansion.

The mountainous location of this project brought the initial ideas of the design to our mind. In fact, its concept was inspired by shape of the mountain as well unique location of the project.

The building structure is the amalgamation of two different patterns: one is the mountain geometric pattern which is made of various crystals, and the other one is the logic behind urban design which creates typical typology by horizontal as well as vertical expansion. Needless to say that this project is an in fill project: restricted on the sides by neighbors and in contact with the city only from one side.

The aforementioned combination, forms a crystalline geometry which results in innovative design. A unique and assorted design in which the light reflection in different hours, creates penumbra and depth which turns an inactive mass into a dynamic phenomenon.
