The project is located on a triangular plot of land next to Valiasr Street and Fathi Shaghaghi Street. The location of the land played a special role in its design. The location of the main body of the city next to Valiasr Street, which was always defined by trees and wide sidewalks, running water along the sidewalks and people moving, was also special to us.

After placing the usual shape of the program on the project, we completely changed the structure and placement of the program in the project so that the spatial diagram moved away from its usual shape and created a new definition. The main idea was formed from the presence of humans in Valiasr Street, because without the presence of humans, Valiasr Street seems to lose its identity. This longest street in the city is defined by the presence and movement of people, so the design strategy was formed in such a way that we create a path within the project and in the commercial part and bring the presence of people inside the project. So people are curious to move from the path defined for them.
