The main idea of this project is fluidity. In fact, in this project, the spaces are organized in such a way that the audience is always placed between the inner and outer space of the project.
At the beginning of the design, it was decided to sketch the empty space or in other words, the open space of the project. In fact, the empty space shaped the other parts and this was where the organization of spaces started from.
Then the mass as well as closed spaces are formed around the open space.
The futsal court, two outdoor pools, an open shower are, Jacuzzi, and the outdoor café are all located in such a way that the closed spaces are defined next to such areas.
Radiant floor heating is installed in all outdoor areas and this makes it possible for the audience to easily and with no restriction explore the spaces.
This boundlessness shaped the formal mass by creating voids and bending surfaces in class level. All these, along with the visual connection are wholly in compliance with the idea of limitlessness.
At the boundary between these curved concrete surfaces and the empty space, there is only a glass curtain to create interaction between inside and outside.
Behind the glass, there is a void so one can see the exact curvature and movement of the ceiling once entering the project. That is, the curves inside and outside of the project unify and their connection to the upper floor, is from a ramp that moves on the façade. Therefore, the movement of people on the façade is also part of the design which is constantly changing.
Indoor functions such as saunas, changing rooms, and the indoor pool are located in the back so that this inside and outside connection is never compromised.
By folding the wall of the project and turning it to a ceiling, a space for the security office as well as walk-in traffic is created.
